Borsch

Test recipe

Finely chop 1 onion.
Add 2 sticks celery finely chopped.
Add half courgette finely chopped.
Add 1 large carrot finely chopped
Fry gently until soft

Add half cabbage, cut into small chunks.
Add 3tbsp lentils.
Grate 2 beetroots into pan.
Mix well and fry for a minute

Add tsp salt, tsp pepper, 2tbsp dried Basel 2 tsp coriander.
Add stock cube and cover with plenty boiling water.

Mix in 1tsp Marmite, 2tbsp lemon juice & 1 dried chilli

Simmer for a while
