Rumtopf layer two

So it's been about a month since I started the Rumpot and its time for a new fruit layer.
There was a nice offer on some rhubarb so with a vague attempt to make this seasonal, I picked it up.




Chopped it was about 3/4 lb so I mixed in half thus weight in brown sugar.




This then goes in the jar with a slight top up of rum.




Next month I'll try for cherries. Can't wait.
